The Sun Inn is a family run pub situated in the beautiful Corve Dale between the picturesque town of Luldow and equally historic towns of Bridgenorth and Much Wenlock.

It was first licenced in 1613 and the Pearce family have been there since 1984.

The food that has made the pub famous locally is prepared and cooked on the premises by landlady Teresa Pearce using local produce, for example, our eggs come from our own free range chickens. All meals are served with a selection of up to six fresh vegetables and a choice of chips, new potatoes or rice. The majority of the meals are priced at around £6. All childrens meals are under £2. Some adult meals may be halved to make a childs meal. There is also a large vegetarian menu.

When it comes to food, our goals are a satisfied appetite and value for money.

We also have a take out menu!

The Sun Inn also boasts its own brewery (The Corvedale Brewery)to the rear of the premises, viewings of the brewery are available on request. Our home brewed beers are available at the bar and have proved very popular with tourists and locals alike. We are Shropshire's newest and fastest growing small brewery. The Corvedale Brewery's own web page is under construction at the moment and will be available soon, it will include pictures of the brewery from digging the footings to our first pint! We will also be keeping you all up to date with our latest brews and price list.

There are three main areas to the pub,the quiet lounge bar and restaurant (we have a strict no smoking policy in the resturant area) or you may prefer the public bar where you can play pool or darts as you listen to the juke box.

Coach partys are easily catered for and being situated in the Corvedale we have proved very popular with walkers and cyclists. Over the past few years we have done extensive renovations to enable wheelchair access to all areas including a disabled toilet. We have a large garden with a mini obsticle course and swings for the children. Our large car park easily accomadates coaches so unlike other pubs in the area parking is never a problem. A map of the local area and directions to the pub can be found by clicking the link below or you could visit our listing in the A.A. guide
